This was an exciting part of our expedition. We learned how to kayak and furthered our bush skills. Peter our river guide and his team were amazing. They showed us how to live in Africa bush-style.
We loved the bucket showers and our tented accommodation. They cooked our food using giant pots on the 24 hour bush fire. They even made fresh bread using a biscuit tin buried in the ground and surrounded by hot coals.
Shooting the rapids in our kayaks was a scary but awesome experience.
Snorkeling was also fun.

What a marvellous trip you are having.I would love to taste the biscuit tin bread. Missing you but stunned that you will be back next week. The time has flown. I hope you have some good photos.
