| River Guide - Pongola |
Ashleigh T said, 'we've had a great introduction to the history of South Africa with Reggie Purbrick and I feel ready to take on the next challenge.'
We spent the afternoon canoeing down the Pongola river and having a great Braai (African BBQ) on the sand.
Jodie C. said, “canoeing over the river rapids is the best thing I've ever done”.
After a full breakfast of fried egg and bacon, our intrepid explorers paddled another 6km this morning.
Sophie W. said, "our guide, Peter pointed out the vast array of local birds and plant life, we even went snorkelling!"
The team spent the afternoon enjoying the sun and playing games at their riverside camp!

Sounds amazing and facinating! Canoeing sounds fun (hope a wee bit easier than in NZ Ash!) and the yummy braai - glad you're all eating well ... and on the last post some 'retail' squeezed in! x
